Feedback on Tomahawk Restaurant. (Hospitality and Gastronomy) located in North Vancouver (British Columbia)
Description
Tomahawk Restaurant in North Vancouver is kinda a local legend. Established in 1926, it’s like stepping into a cozy time capsule filled with cool Indigenous art everywhere. You can’t miss the vibe; it’s warm and welcoming, just like a good ol’ diner should be.
I recently popped in for breakfast, and wow—those portions are massive! I went for the Yukon Style Bacon & Eggs, and let me tell ya, it was a plateful of deliciousness. Some folks rave about the organic burgers, especially the Chief Simon Baker burger. They actually have a killer selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, although you may find the menu a little predictable if you’re after something adventurous.
Now, on weekends, you might have to wait a bit, but trust me, it’s worth it for the friendly service and tasty food. They offer outdoor seating, which is a nice touch if you’re feeling the breeze.
By the way, parking’s pretty easy—street and lot options abound. If you’re a fan of great coffee, you’re in for a treat here too! Just watch for their hours; they’re closed on Mondays, but open all other days from 9 AM, and who wouldn’t want a slice of their legendary pie to go?
