So, I took a leap of faith and popped inside. The welcoming vibe was instantly clear. Bill, the owner, greeted us with a smile; his warmth practically wrapped around me like a cozy blanket. It’s been around for over thirty years, apparently started during the times when rum-runners were a thing.
