So, I recently checked out Nella Food Equipment on Fraser Street in Vancouver. Honestly, this place is like a treasure chest for anyone in the restaurant game. They’ve been at it since ‘52, and it’s clear they know their stuff!
Walking into the shop, I felt that buzz of creativity. It’s loaded with cool kitchen gadgets and professional-grade equipment that you won’t find just anywhere. You know how it is when you see something and think, “This would totally up my cooking game”? Yeah, that. Plus, the staff was super friendly—ask them anything, and they’ll probably have an answer.
Now, a little heads-up—get ready for some serious eye candy! A friend of mine snagged a dishwasher for their biz, and boom, it got delivered the next day. Who doesn’t love speedy service, right?
